RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, the products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

It is not possible to return products which have been embossed, personalized or modified in any way.

The tag must still be intact and attached to returned product(s), it must not be cut or broken. The right to return or exchange product(s) will only be accepted if all terms and conditions are met.


Our warehouse operators will check all returned products to ensure their perfect condition. The customer will be charged for any loss in value, and will receive a refund equal to the residual amount.  
Affix the address of our warehouses on the outside of the box.

Once the returned product(s) reach our warehouses and passed the quality control, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.).

STORE CREDIT 

If the customer wishes to receive a store credit instead of a refund, the customer will be sent a code for the total value of the returned product(s), to be used on a future purchase. Any shipment fees originally incurred will only be included in the Store Credit amount if all purchased products are returned.

Store Credit:

  • may be used only once within 3 (three) months from return,

  • cannot be combined with other Store Credits. 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges for purchased items are only possible if/when a different size or color of the same model is available.
Once the returned product has been received and processed, TIPU The Label will proceed with the shipment of the exchange item.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the event of defects and/or discrepancies, the customer has the right to regain the conformity of the item by repairing or replacing it, or using alternative remedies, if expressly provided for Dutch law.  

If the items received are damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect, the user can request a repair, replacement or refund. 

 

 

We reserve the right to reimburse the defective items after having carried out all the quality checks to verify the actual presence of non-conformities. 

 

Once the non-conformity of the item has been confirmed, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.). 

 

Additionally, all items you buy from TIPU The Label are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do.

Please be advised that Dutch legislation prevails.
