LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

TIPU The Label cannot be held responsible for any breach of its obligations if the product's poor performance is due to an event of force majeure, an act or omission by the Customer, or an unforeseeable and insurmountable act by a third party, or any obstacle beyond TIPU The Label’s control that could not have been reasonably anticipated at the time of sale and whose consequences TIPU The Label cannot reasonably prevent or overcome.
